Yes but the power steering will be assistance only and will be hard work to fit. You will need an old donor lorry to get the kit from, something like Ford or Dodge/Renault from the 80's early 90's fitted with ram type power steering. Loader will be fine as long as the hydraulic pump is fit for the work? Pressure gauge on the tipping pipe when red hot will tell the tale.
There are complete kits around for power assisted steering - depending on the kit and the tractor it will either be a couple of hours to fit or a complete and utter B'stard, one issue I've seen a few times is that some loader brackets/arms can get in the way of the power steering components - bit ironic given that you are more likely to want power assist on a loader tractor.
As for a power loader - the key things are that the bucket ram will require a double acting control valve and you will also require a return feed from the spool block to the return port on the diff if memory serves correctly.
re power steering,,You need a pump and reservoir to start with fitted to engine. Maybe ditch entire origanal steering, after that i would source an orbital unit and steering ram from a scrapper and mount on axel.
Did all this to a zetoer and was way better than power assist
Yes, I've got one sat in the shed with a power loader (plus 3rd service no less) and power steering. Was the main lift tractor on the farm for a long time in the 80s, flat eight grab and then spike for round bales.
