what size is the press?what sort of thickness do you think it would bend?

It's a 50t press, the brake is 750mm wide so I should be able to do 6mm full width.

i had look what spare bottom vee we had but nothing suitable all very small max 20mm wide for tight radius and would take more power than you have there sorry forgot to get back to you the picture jogged my memory but looks like you managed anyway

Good spot! 1.8m cut 6mm thick. Proper beast of a thing, weighs over 4.5t.

@Deutzdx3 I'm not going to lie i know nothing about it. I don't even know what make it is, chinese/Indian made. I'm in a factory modifyng a veneer press and they asked would I have a use for it.

Lucky bugger, I keep looking for one that isn't to big as they are blinking heavy but one that will fold 5-6ft 5mm plate. Looks like clean machine. You'll find a lot of uses you never knew you had for one.
