Is it on a level site, is it hard cored in groundworks price.
Who is paying for concrete in foundations.
How thick are panels, are they specced for loading with silage or grain, what material roof and cladding.
What material purlin, and bay length.
Are end frames same steel spec as other portals, in case you want to extend , are there gable stanchions in open end, galv or painted frames, what spec rainwater goods?

1m drop left to right. Just holes. Flooring done by us as customers. 4” panels. Will need to double check if frame is able to extend as that is the plan for future. Galv
8” plastic guttering.
