Price for 1/2 or 1/4 bullock?

I'm going to kill a small heifer next week and have had enquiries from people looking to take a side or a 1/4.

I normally sell beef by the pack so not sure how to price larger amounts.

I imagine she'd net around £750 in the market and it costs me about £300 to kill, hang, cut and pack.

I killed some little dexter steers, similar value (when things were better), they stood me at £1000 in boxes so I put 200 on for the running about and hassle and went £150 for 1/8th. Main problem was people saw it as a lot of money to pay out in one go and freezer space was an issue.
