Price per metre square of a portal frame shed

Is there a back of fag packet price per square m for a portal frame shed around 1350 square metres (30m by45m clear span,5m to eaves).Also ballpark figure for erection.

ShedI bought last year, 100 x 40 x 14 foot to the eaves worked out at £31/metre square.

Erection was near the same They've got to use safety nets for the roof sheets, abs man baskets if their feet are to leave the ground.

An awful lot slower than chucking it up with the forklift, and running about on the wet roof.... Suppose it means more erectors reach retiring age

Erection should be about £1.40 - £1.60 p/sq ft.

Building cost, too many variables, anything from £4-£6+ p/sq (steel and cladding, no floors)

28k for 100x50x16 fibre roof, cladded to floor level in .7 box profile including concrete floor and erected but no doors. I thought that was a little dear but maybe its not !.

just had a quote for a galvanised steel building 140 X 80 X 19 feet, gables sheeted to eaves 150mm X 3Mt concrete panels to one end and two sides erected for £78500.00

I think it costs the same again for a decent thick concrete floor able to withstand road rollers and the like - at least that was the conclusion I came to?
