Has anyone managed to successfully get Priority Habitat restrictions lifted, if the field/fields in question aren't a priority habitat (ie lowland species rich meadow that aren't species rich)

Also how do I find out when said field became a "Priority Habitat"?

Good questions.

I believe you need an Environmental Impact Assessment.

Look it up, and, for the sake of your health, try not to get mad with anger.

I need one on another Piority Habitat, and haven't yet begun the process so can't comment if it's as horrendous as it looks.
