Hello, someone out there with Deutz Fahr tractors?
I have a Deutz Fahr 5090g+gs 2017mod.
Have trouble with the Adblue. When i start the tractor the Adblue light, Stop Light come up. Then i drove it hard for 1 hour and stop the tractor, and start it again it will be fine. But a week after i started the tractor again all the warning lights come up, and the tractor stops. It started again after but ran rough only one 2 sylinders about 2minutes. And then i drove it hard and its was fine again, but no it happend again. New adblue and filter on it. Does somebody have the same issue? Thanks

I wouldn't be removing it until the model has been around for a while and there's a proven means of removing the DPF successfully.

Plenty of risks doing this sort of thing with a new machine. Best case you go into limp mode after you've paid the man and put 10 hours on the machine. Worst case you end up with a big green paperweight because the "tuner" didn't know what he was doing.

What's the rush? If it's new, it should work properly for a while.... maybe.

Do you know of anyone who has regretted writing that check? Just wondering what the risk would be for a tractor owner.
Imho if ur gettin it done u need to do a bit of research. I rang alot of different people and most said i dont know if i can do it,volvo diggers isnt that popular and il have to check. Didnt really thrill me about gettin them but then i rang the man that done ours and he said straight away yes no problem we do them all the time. He was 400 odd quid dearer than some of the others had estimated but he knew what he was at and id reccommend him highly. Hes from south ireland but travels all over uk doin plant and tractors

Sometimes I just wonder why on earth would anyone ask a sensible question on here when they`re in trouble.....
There are some smart ars*s on here that I personally would not PEE on if they were on fire...
People who put up comments like that are of no use here , total disrespect to the man asking the question, a month in the bin would put manners on them.

I would suggest , having done his best and tried the obvious New Adblue and filter ,he gets someone out to diagnose it properly and not get distracted by talk of spending vast amounts remapping and removing a DPF that isn’t fitted on a 5090.

I was replying to sheepdogtrail who wanted to remove a DPF from a "new DF tractor". No idea what model it is.
