Oz Overboots (www.ozoverboots.co.uk) have now been trading for 3 years and have been lucky enough to enjoy continued growth year on year. I am really keen to offer more products to our customers and have been thinking about Driza-Bone and Swanndri coats. Is there anything else out there that people could think of or would like to see us sell? We are open to differing ideas.

Jacaru hats. I've worn an Explorer for at least fifteen years and it is the best hat I've ever owned by a country mile. Foldable, crushable and beats an umbrella every time. Pair it with a Barbour or a Drizabone and (as long as you keep both well maintained) nothing gets wet no matter how hard it rains.

Odd sized boots?

I'm serious. Picked up a 'pair' of heavily discounted boots at my local industrial store and they were the most comfortable I have ever worn. Then when I looked for the maker's name to get another pair, I noticed one was size 10 and the other 9!

Not many people have both feet the same size. But does anyone cater for that?

Maybe some of the US style hunting apparel. They have some great outdoors wear that is light, windproof and waterproof and is practical. It also looks quite good and is hard to get over here without paying extortionate prices.

I've bought a couple of pairs of overboots from you a while ago, very pleased and recommend to all.

With regards other kit... I agree with Will and @Old Boar Steer clear of anything that needs waxing. it's a pain to do and maintain and to wear in vehicles etc..

By an odd coincidence I was in Kiwikit in Crymych earlier today, buying what I hope will be extremely good waterproofs, and the subject was raised there about other suggestions for their range. In re' clothing etc. two thoughts come to mind, boots and socks. Kiwikit stock Rossi boots, which I shall try when my Redbacks wear out and they say they are getting socks in soon. Despite this, I think that boot and sock satisfaction is so subjective that there will never be market saturation in them, so if you can find some good stuff have a go, and it will compliment your current trade.

I think that you may find it hard to compete in the waterproof market, the ones I bought today are Kaiwaka Stormforce and have been recommended to me by family and friends from NZ and people on TFF too, if they are just half as good as all the hype I will be delighted and will advise others to buy them too.

If you are minded to expand a bit further, with other stuff from Oz and NZ, have a think about UTV accessories, there are loads of quad options from down there but not a lot for UTVs (get some Kioti suitable kit first...:sneaky:). Good luck.

I wear a lot of swanndri and swazi. Both are excellent, but already available over here, although suppliers are limited. A mate of mine recommended 'game gear' clothing. I'm in the process of ordering a 'tusker' jacket. There are no uk suppliers of this, might be worth becoming the first?
