Through internal career progression an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager has become available. Role Description
Your role as Project Manager will be to oversee, plan and manage all large capital projects. You will be responsible for supporting and training the network of dedicated dealers, as well as directly advise the customers during the projects from inception to completion.
You will advise the sales team in project planning during the sales process and ensure the projects run smoothly and to the satisfaction of the customers. You will work cross functional within the organisation and liaise with all stakeholders in the projects. Responsibilities
Plan and manage projects
Responsible to develop, coach and train Dealers
Support cross functional
Building long term partnership with the Dealers and with the customers
Strong ambassador of the brand
Required qualifications and skills
Education in Project managing
3+ years of relevant work experience
Excellent service skills
Strong in making priorities
Group before self
Good communication and training skills
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent planning skills
Structured and well organised
Strong computer and Microsoft Office literacy
Ability to travel is required, and must possess a valid driver´s license
Basic Dairy farm understanding is an advantage
