I know this subject has been covered to death, I'm looking at purchasing a protech P200s or P230s Post Knocker but would like the best deal available, could i ask please for dealer recommendations.
I can get it picked up from anywhere in the country.

I bought mine direct from Protech a few years ago which saves you the dealers margin. When they tell you it will be ready add a few months on!

230 is twice the machine of 200 due to telemast and pulley system and thankfully not twice the price.

When I was looking it seemed the further West the dealer, the more competitive they were.

I ended up buying my P200S from DG Jones (just South of Builth Wells), who were significantly cheaper than direct from Protech. They delivered it up to me on a flatbed in that price too, an hour or so away.

Have a look at a p300s. Used a p200, could not put gate posts in. And was a bit weak. So bought a p300s. Different league. Puts anything in ground easily. I got it from Jim price machinery craven arms.

I have three neighbours who bought it through DG Jones but collected it from the factory to save delivery charge

We have a 300s … apart from needing a decent size tractor… it’s a beast , all gate. Posts, strainers and intermediate strainers go in with Protech, droppers go in with the 8 t Doosan… works well
