Just wondered if anybody has any advice on the best method of chopping bread for sheep and cattle. We have been offered a lot of waste bread but it is whole uncut loaves. Was thinking of a beet cutter or a wood chipper?

Not sure to be honest I haven't got one but someone I know has...I think they're just over 4K new and just over 2k second hand but I'm sure someone else will know better on pricesAre they expensive?

I bet they would eat it once they were used to it.No its whole uncut loaves and they drop it and walk all over it. Wish they would though.
Have you got a rotaspreader? We fed fodder beet to outdoor sheep with one last year. It chopped them up a bit but once the sheep got used to it they'd eat them whole quite happily. No its whole uncut loaves and they drop it and walk all over it. Wish they would though.
