very very long wait for purlins and wood going up in price rapidly .

Wooden purlins are similar price to steel currently, neither of which are readily available atm ( 8 - 10wks lead )

Ordered some today 175mm 1.6 £8 dearer than they were in Oct £33 which is what 9x3 6.1 cost me a month ago, .5 Rev is getting very close to £8 plastisol. That was quoted today. Don’t ask who from as they are getting inundated with new enquiries and are busy trying to look after regulars, all coils of raw materials in short supply, another purlin supplier who we deal with is quoting 8-12w lead time,

Got a price on c24 treated 9x3 today from my local builder merchant who are normally the best on price I can find. £51 for 6.1 meters.

Got quoted 6.38 per metre + vat ,so 6.1m (20ft) around 38 ish quid ,tannalized
