Yes it'll bolt on. The valve block should be OK. You'll need an end slice possibly for your tractor..

Yes, the brackets will be the same. However, before parting with any cash I'd be on to Quicke rather than trust a bunch of random on a forum.
Without an actual crystal ball, I can't tell which pump you have. There should be a silver sticker, around 3" x 4" on the LH or possibly the RH engine door. The tractor serial number is at top, engine, transmission and other numbers below.. Look to the line with HY1 on the left, it should say 23, 28 or some similar number., that's displacement per revolution. Then, look on JD Parts to see what upgrades are available..
