Took your advice and tried Bradley contracts. Recieved email auto response then nothing. Is there no one willing to fabricate a 15 mtr x 25 mtr agri building and then deliver it to Bolton for a reasonable price.

I think it might just be a Manchester thing. I am having similar problems trying to get quotes for a pretty standard 25 mtr by 15 mtr Agri building which I already have planning permission for just outside Bolton. Thought I had it sorted until I was told the building manufacturer only delivers on artics when they know the largest vehicle we can handle is 6 wheelers.

Hi @Graham Heath Construction I am still awaiting a break down of the quote, Mark has been in contact to let me know he'll be on it soon.
Is it the norm not to itemise quotations?

Hi @Loftyrules. Our quote templates are standard for most companies and follow the following format:

• Breakdown of specific what is included in the building - steel work sizes, roofing, cladding etc- and overall price. Doors are excluded.
• Price for doors (if applicable)
• Price for foundation (if applicable)
• Price for erection (if applicable)
• Price for delivery (if applicable)
• Price for any over costs such as galvanised steel work, steel box gutters, concrete panels etc.

We, like other companies do not do a line by line itemised quote each item that goes into a building. If there is one specific item you would like the price of, we would happily get this for you. I know you have been speaking directly to Mark about your questions, so I will leave you in his capable hands. Let me know if you need anything further though.

Price for structural calcs ??

@renewablejohn our price for structural cal is built in within the cost. As all our buildings are CE Marked (0086-CPR-613281) so follow the relevant guidelines.

Not according to the quotation you sent me when I queried the ability to install solar panels.

Hi @renewablejohn , CE marking came into play on 1st July. All quotes issued after this time were fully CE marked. Hope that helps clarify.

Does not help at all. Absolutely nothing to do with CE marking just a rip off charge to verify the structure will support solar panels.
