If anyone wants to recommend who to ask or indeed quote themselves for the above then feel free:

2 no:

• 40m long
• 6 to eaves
• 7.6 to ridge
• 12 m wide

And 1 no

• 10m long
• 6.5 wide
• 3 to eaves
• 4 to ridge

these need to be commercial spec with building regs. I am after indicative prices for the shell really, the internal fit out will be down to the tenant at this stage.
