Does any one know if a positive TB case in an LFU in the low risk 4yr testing area will trigger a 3Km radial testing on surrounding (none LFU) farms? I think the LFU's are exempt if the situation was reversed (none LFU within 3Km of the LFU has a TB breakdown), but I am not sure if it works both ways?
