rain water tank

I want to put a tank up to catch the water from a new 60x35ft building. It will be used to feed a steam cleaner, toilet flush and hand wash basin.
I'd like to store enough water to see me through a dry summer so wondering what size tank to get.
How long would a roof that size take to fill say 2000litre?

All thoughts welcomed

Yes I've just done the sums and got similar. Think I'd somewhat underestimated the volume of water that area would generate.

Basically I can get the biggest tank I can find/afford and it's going to get filled no problem.

Will you pump it up to a header tank @Dave W ? I've just got a 30,000 ltr underground, just got to work out the best way to use it.
I wasn't wanting to get that complicated.
Hoping to mount it high enough to get a bit of pressure to feed a basin and toilet.
I'd be interested to know more details of your pump and setup

The tank came up at the right time, a friend was looking for more space in his yard so it will hopefully work, it was an oil separator but never used.

I haven't worked out the best way yet, so I'm open to suggestions. The plan would be to put the tank in the ground, this will take a 60' x 100' building for a start but hopefully we'll be able to add other buildings to the tank.

I'd like to supply the water for the building (so I don't know if that's best by header tank) and pressure washing which will mainly be by a volume washer so I was hoping to place the volume pump in a building above the tank.
