Rainwater collection for washing out

I’ve been thinking about buying a 3000 litre single skin plastic oil tank and using roof water to fill it to wash out the cattle handling system, cattle trailer, machinery ect...like what cattle marts have.
Obviously it would need some sort of pump to get pressure and length of hose
Has anyone got a similar system? What size pump and does it take much rigging up....cheers

That's a volume washer, which is quite different to pressure washer.
Great for 'flushing' down where the dirt is soft.
Ours is fed by a 50mm pipe. Out is 32mm iirc. One outlet is via a fire hose reel which is ok but really does not have enough flow, due to length and diameter.
They do use a lot of water so put in a big tank.
