Raising Mag levels on grazing ground

Just wondered if anybody has any recommendations on the best way to raise mag levels in soil for grazing ground. We had soil analysis done and the ph is around 8 across the board. P and k are around 2s. We used fibrophos last autumn and plan to this Autumn as well to get to 3s but mag is around 1 across the board (the odd 2 in places). We have been recommended to put 2 tonne to the acre of mag lime on but with the ph being where it is I just can't justify it. I know fibrophos has a certain amount of mag in but wonder wether this will raise it much. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
