Tape measure!
There are no standard settings, every make of drill is different and every tractor reacts differently. The best way is to run a tape measure over the coulters, add on one coulter spacing and use that as a starting point, you find most 4m drills will actually be around 3.92-3.98m wide, so you are already setting it narrow before adding in an element of overlap.
