Where are you based

In Angus/tayside we don't really have a classic class which the ts91 would fit in to, only a 10" and 12" class, depending on you're furrow width.
However down in the Lothians I believe they have vintahe and classic, which if you had a set of tcns you would be on the right track

You should be able to put spacers in somewhere to narrow it down from 14 inch although I'll admit I've never seen a ransomes ts 91 in the flesh. Get the tcns on and try it. Don't forget to post some pictures.
Park the kv, doubt you'll find super hydreins and if you do they will probably need modified

TS 91 set @14"
you cannot adjust the furrow width on that model as its a welded box frame,
and to be honest here 14" is to wide for match ploughing anyway,
so I would be looking for a complete plough stay with TS91 if you want but a 12"
or better still a TS59 that you can alter the furrow width on
and a TS59 would plough in the classic/ vintage/ 10"/ 12" so more scope to go in the class you want as time goes on

what tractor are you ploughing with?

Tractor limits you to World style really, and I think the cost effective way would be to puchase a Kv match plough with a good record. They can be found, but its getting the owners to part with them! Finding a complete plough would certainly be easier than locating a set of super hydrein or 25 bodies, it would also have all the mods needed, (single furrow capability, hyd cross shaft, slotted legs etc).

Indeed you wont, I believe the Late John Benninons plough sold for £3000.However it was "state of the art",and included the hyd top link, and therefore compares well with the cost (new) I was quoted for a set of 25 bodies, that being £2000 + vat.

Would be better buying a new plough and adding all the toys as you want them. I was offered a new Kverneland AB competition plough for £2100 + vat a few weeks ago.
