I think it's a RSLD 15,, RSLD stands for Ramsome self lift double, the 15 is the later model from the 1940s, it looks to be fitted with rnd 119 boards, or known as 3/4 boards, they are an in between board, to long and shallow for general work, and to short for high cut, , as for value, I think about £700 as is
