Real hp of 04 mf5445?

What is the true hp of this model, is it 95 or90, l sick of it, yesterday finishing the baling it was dead when the claas baler was buzzing, l see l nice n92 valtra for sale, 10reg 5000hrs but is that just the same as lv got but younger? I thought another 10 or so hp would make a difference, the mf is not fit for a heavy crop with chopper baler and when it sees a hill that it.

It is 90hp and that is just not enough power to get the best from a modern chopper baler. It just isn't. 10hp extra just isn't significant. 120hp minimum on hilly ground and then you will see a difference and it isn't a single hp too many.

My Deere chopper baler will drag the Massey 5612 down when getting towards full on a decent pressure, no blades even on the flat. Even the Renault which is putting out 130hp at back can struggle in a heavy crop on a hill. The baler take a lot of driving but makes a hell of a good bale.

What model baler? When I bought my 354 the rep said he would only be happy with 120 hp in front but the old 46 was happy with 70( no chopper )

I think some the horses are dead in it, its fine up till its about 3/4bale then it changes it tune and dies away.
You have to face up to it. 90hp is nowhere near powerful enough. 120hp+ is what your baler needs if it is to perform. I'll make it quite quite clear, that 10hp extra on top of your current 90hp is neither here nor there. You need a minimum of 30hp extra to make it worthwhile changing. A minimum.
