Rear arms not working since fitting loader.

Glad you got it working ............
Just be careful as far as I can see from here, the loader block has no relief path back to the tank. So don't bottom or top any of the rams out or lift heavy loads until sorted.

So what I did, was move pipe 59 from the side replacing the blanking cap and put that pipe into where pipe 64 was. My only observation so far are the rear arms and spools are A bit juddery. But so far so Good. I will be contacting quicke Monday to clarify and see what their thoughts are. I still don’t know if the tank pipe would have worked properly if installed into the block under the cab. I will be investigating this with quicke.

Sorry to revive an old thread, I have a Similair issue with this style valve block and can’t find info on it anywhere, the loader doesn’t seem to be free flowing back to the tractor when the spool is engaged and it the loader is stationery. The pump is whining and under constant load unless the loader is being used. It’s a nh 7635 and plumbed into the backend. This is the spool block, what is the way to make this “open centre”?

The valve, although it looks like a Walvoil, it seems to be a Commercial Hydraulics unit. CH are now part of Parker, so perhaps if you search Parker's website you might find some clues.

You won’t unfortunately find any thing on Parker. Although owned by them, kept comply separate. Grind has a Parker franchise and was locked out from ordering parts for mine. My block is the same as yours.

Your best bet will be to contact trima or alo tech services as they will send you the fitting diagram. Chances are it’s plumbed in the wrong area. Also, you may need a valve fitted in the body of the block to bypass and allow it to work correctly.

Thanks, the loader is actually a bomford c3618, I have looked at numerous threads etc & some seek to be using Similair valve setups fine. I can’t work out what the issue is... the plug you can see is actually a different colour & I’m wondering if it has been swapped out somehow.

Ahum! I don't need one and my Walvoil closed centre load-sensing valve with Faster quick coupler has worked almost flawlessly since new in late 1997 on my NH 8360.
