I think when someone has a count up of what’s left in the money jar for the year they divvy it up and you all get a little bit extra

I got one of these but they have contra accounted it because they say I owe them after rpa paid 2018 bps and NE told them they shouldn’t have done so they trying to reclaim 30% back for leaving css at the term end (7 years back)....”but NE knows best.”

2018 BASIC PAYMENT FINANCIAL DISCIPLINE MECHANISM REIMBURSEMENT Claimants who submitted a valid 2018 Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) claim of more than €2,000 will shortly receive a small reimbursement of the modulation taken at the time of payment. Each year the EU modulates part of the Basic Payment Scheme monies to create a ‘crisis reserve’. The Financial Discipline Mechanism (FDM) fund is used to support the EU farming industry in times of crisis, such as major disease outbreaks or natural disasters. If the FDM funds have not been used to relieve a crisis, they are reimbursed to eligible farmers in the following scheme year. Eligible claimants will receive a reimbursement from the 2017 FDM fund equivalent to 1.346% on payments over the €2,000 claim threshold. Payments will show as ‘FDM reimbursement’ on the remittance advice which is being sent after the payment is made.
