if wrong section please move,

Unfortunately due to family disagreements in the distribution of my late fathers estate i could do with the recommendation of an excellent solicitor,

i really want someone pragmatic and no the ball, some seem so laid back it worries me!

Im in yorkshrie but not sure it essential i meet them if they are specialists in their field, and to be fair i doubt any are having meetings at the moment!

as always its land and agreement advice along with general advice really on my position.

thanks in advance

Your local representative might be able to help in identifying a specialist.

unfortuantly, the really good ones are the dearest, but cheapest in the long term, Good luck, been through it once, and I think we are going to have to go through it again, as it is looking like other families solicitors f####ed up the paperwork then, must be bad, as solicitors are claiming off their own insurers, but trying to get to, what exactly was wrong, is like getting blood out of a stone, mind you, if what the problem, is what we think it is, I shall be a very happy chappy.
But, I feel for you, my stress levels went through the roof, it was horrible, cousin has always said, the wheel always turns full circle, for us, he might be right.
