Having a ding dong with the Landlord with cottage and building conditions , want to find a recommended solicitor who would not be too fair away from oxfordshire who knows the ins and outs of AHA tenancies , thanks

join the tfa ...its not expensive £165 a year for a 700 acre farm and then you can get some proper advice and guidance from their in house team ...if at all possible I wouldn't want solicitors involved unless as a last resort ....

Burgess salmon are good, but not cheap.
May be using them soon to sort out issue of paying rent for "chalets" on the farm have to have rent reviews when landlords agent omitted any mention of reviewing rents in the new lease, also wondering if a commercial tenancy has been set up. Could be interesting times ahead!!
