I need to do a crop risk assesment for my audit have done the mycotoxin one but scheme also says about contamination for glass metal etc I can’t find a spreadsheet for this is there one?
Has anyone made one up they could share?

No worries, I find that NSF book pretty good as it has most things you need for audit in one place
