You really can’t help but lie to some of the silly questions RT ask if you want to pass.
In the herd health part of the dairy audit is the question how many services per conception.
Any dairy farm using a bull can not possibly answer this question honestly because who watches their bull 24 hours a day to see how many times a bull serves a cow? He most likely will follow her round all day..........or night and serve her several times, do they really expect us to know because that’s what they ask. 😂

It depends on your point of view.

The average arable farmer will do no end of grain moisture/temperature monitoring through the year but he probably has his hands full of equipment not a Red Tractor proforma to record everything.

He might write some arbitrary dates for when he cleaned his grain trailer just before inspection but it doesn’t mean it wasn’t done properly, just not certain of the exact date.
