I know of a few people who have a book of records and just put the day and month down but not the year on the forms inside. then just change the date on the front of the book.

The inspectors must know we make most of these dates up, and they also know that if we don’t happen to have one and it’s recorded as non conformance we will just invent one to send in afterwards.
