Distributor launches online presence for new agricultural division

Reesink UK’s recently launched Agriculture division has a new online presence, providing more contact options alongside its existing social media channels. With reesinkagriculture.co.uk, it marks the award-winning turfcare distributor’s expansion into this new market and introduces the brands it’s proud to be working with.

From the intuitive, easy to operate Farmtrac compact tractor range to the essential tractor-mounted SICMA and 1st Products attachments, this combination of brands is viewed by the company to broaden the range available in the compact tractor and tractor attachment market for small holdings, small farms, equestrian centres, contractors and large estates.

David Cole, managing director of Reesink UK, says: “We entered this market at the beginning of the year with the hugely successful launch of Farmtrac at LAMMA. We were looking to bring to the UK market a tractor range designed to offer great performance and great value while being simple and intuitive to operate and Farmtrac products deliver on all these points and more.”

Farmtrac’s cutting-edge and innovative nine-strong smart-looking 22-113hp tractor range incorporates world class components including transmissions designed and produced by Carraro and hydraulic systems from MITA, to deliver a superior performance whether cultivating soil, mowing or towing trailers. The engines are designed to meet the relevant emission standards with stage V products currently under development. All models feature independent rear PTO, and mid PTO is available on tractors equipped with HST transmission.

Framtrac is joined by SICMA, a range of rear-mounted tractor attachments including finishing mowers, flail mowers, wide area mowers and rotary tillers, and 1st Products, a specialist range of tractor mounted aeration equipment, in Reesink Agriculture’s range.

Me Cole continues: “Not only was it important to us to bring customers a cost-effective and comprehensive tractor solution in Farmtrac but to add further value by extending our range to include attachments that add to the versatility and productivity of the tractor and save space in the shed.”

Mr Cole continues: “This is just the start of the range, the start of our plans in the sector and the start of our online journey. For now, it gives people a place to go to find out more information about the brands we’ve chosen to work with and the opportunities we have not just for expanding your fleet with good quality equipment, but for dealers to become a Farmtrac partner, potentially providing another business revenue.

“Farmtrac brings a strong value proposition to the UK market, therefore there’s the opportunity for strong sales volumes. The price point is extremely competitive and working with Reesink brings the back up and support of a long established and widely respected machinery and equipment distributor.”

Reesink Agriculture is interested in starting a conversation with dealers from across the country about the business opportunities working with the tractor brand offers. Further information about this and Reesink’s agricultural range can be found at reesinkagriculture.co.uk, or contact made through their ‘ReesinkAgUK’ Twitter and ‘ReesinkAgriculture’ Facebook profiles.
