Refuse Collection pr3

Don't know correct section
As council contractor turning bad I'm having to explore how to have excess rubbish removed.
Presumably biffa style bulk bins .
Prob 4 weelys a week .general waste from my fishermen.

Anyone any usefull input or experience. Plz.

Gaskell waste, we've got 2 x 1100L bins. I think they cover Lancashire.

Be careful of Ash waste, rolling 3 year contract with a slim window to give notice, which was sold as a 1 year contract.

its the rolling contract sort of thing im worrying about, my excess is summer only.

They are now lifting the two bins from May to Sept weekly and then only one over the winter months. They did offer to go fortnightly but we opted to stay weekly to get consistency, found them flexible to our business.

We still rent the second bin through the year as its cheaper than paying the collection and delivery of sending it back.

Are you using someone now?

Until now had friendly bin men on the fortnightly standard pickup
Now only going to empty 1 weely a fortnight

Yes we use to have 3 bins on std collection but council took them back and now on once a month collection and weekly recycling with the council domestic service

Place I last worked had 1100 Litre bins from one of the ones mentioned above. Weekly Collections weren't weekly... more when they remembered. All sorts of excuses no access etc.
