Registering a lorry as an agricultural processing vehicle

Good morning,

Would anybody be able to talk me through which forms I need to fill in change a normaly registered uk hgv lorry into being registered as an "agricultural processing vehicle" (Mobile mill and mix feed lorry)

Ring DVLA. That’s what I did.

As said ^^^ just call DVLA.

I didn’t register mine as mobile plant, but as a tractor. It was an easier process because we were still in the EU at the time and my machine had been registered as a tractor since it was new in Germany.
