Registering tractor with DVLA

I bought a K reg Case 695 at auction and would like to get it registered How do I do that ?

If it has a reg plate chances are it's already registered and the previous owners haven't passed the V5 on, I think if you look on the DVLA website there is a process to get you there, I registered an imported tractor by following the instructions on there, ended up paying 55 quid to register it on a nice age related plate
