Regulate the rpm of the engine?

Has it got low oil pressure and high temperature cut outs. Had the same engine on a generator, sounds grand when it's working hard.

There's Murphy gauges on oil pressure, water temp and air cleaner restriction

This was a snow blower off ebay link below. I took the axel off and fitted it at the other end welded a drawbar on then mounted the pump and got the hub in picture 2 that came with the engine machined to fit the doda L35. Hopefully it should all work fine the only issue I have is that the engine has a centrifugal clutch and I don't know if this will be a good thing or not.

This one looks like it has the standard twin disc/Anderton clutch

I'd say it wouldn't be hard to find parts to convert if the centrifugal clutch doesn't work.
