Renault 640 won't let the draft control go to zero was lifting linkage when it should be down and once when letting linkage down it went to full lift even though limiter was set at 71

Chech sensor under right hand arm and how much side to side movement cross shaft has you can take the bolts out the end and remove shims if got movement In it
