Rent for training gundogs

Local gundog trainer interested in renting the use of my woods and pond for training dogs, how much is it worth per year ?

No he wasn't willing to pay much for it, so i declined his offer

Dog areas and day care areas especially around London are mega money ?
See what his training charges are and maximum amount of use it will/would attract???
