Rental Price Question

Hi, can anyone tell me roughly what annual rent we could get for 5.35ha of land for use for crops. A local farmer has done it for the last three years on another non financial agreement but now thats expired what would be a fair rent for it? We're in the Midlands the land is probably grade 3. Also, is land in high demand at the moment? Any help would be appreciated

Depends on so many things but I go for £1500. It’s not exactly a big block so you limit your market .

Thanks for that, yes it is only a small block, it was once 150 acres and the rest directly around us is now farmed by another farmer who rents it on a yearly basis, so I am hoping that this will just be an easy add on.
