Is it one or all, If it’s one it could just be the tube, do they have starters, if so could be one of them. This is a difficult one to answer as it could be many things such as ballast or wiring problem or it might just be the tube . Best to get an electrician to look at it.

I thought the wiring tbh it's a old house

Fit new 4ft tube last about 6 months
Fitted one new 5ft whole unit same about a year
Might be a gremlins.?
