Replace bearing on a Welger RP120

[Nash driver]

i have an ancient Welger RP120 which has worked well but the bearings have gone. Does anyone on here know how to remove the pick up reel and bottom roller to get to the bearings?

You shouldn't have to remove the pickup reel to replace the bearing , they come out of the side , anyway it's easy enough to remove if you want .
