I have a 10' x 6' flat trailer that is 15 years old, the trailer itself is in great condition but the wiring is a constant headache. Can anyone suggest a supplier of ready to fit harness/looms? I am not a great electrician so would prefer prefabricated to simply install myself over a build your own type of thing. Either I'm not phrasing it right or Google is not being very helpful.
Would it also be possible to install 'fit and forget' L.E.D lights without altering anything/changing fuses etc?
I don't mind paying well for a product that is tested, well built and durable.

Do it yourself 7 core cable couple of junction boxes and away you go not to complicated once you have the colour code for each function

Look for. Radex quick fit light kits on ebay.

It's not a cheep way of doing it though, about. £50 for a pair of lamps and the wiring harness.

I did think of butchering a light board, I just wasn't sure about getting the front white lights into the equation. I also really want to get rid of unreliable incandescent bulbs and replace them with L.E.Ds.

Search for maypole superseal this is a plug and play system but it looks expensive may be cheaper to diy or get someone to rewire it for you

I have magnetic lights that I am currently using. Call it perverse or O.C.D ( I'm not, I'm generally lazy and untidy) but with the rest of the trailer being in great condition I wish to repair/improve it rather than bodge it. I have found an L.E.D trailer board online and may attempt to transfer the whole light array to the trailer and piggyback the rear lights to operate the front white lights.
