Replacing skylights on an old building

Bit of a long shot here, wanting to replace some skylights on an old building and wondering if anyone on here could help me in working out what sort of skylights these are, or any companies that would be able to find me some. Building is from 1976

Length 6ft
Width 3ft 3”
Peak to peak 1 ft
Peak to trough 3.25”
