Replacing Timber side perlins to Zeds?

Is it possible to straight replace wooden side perlins for Zeds? Need to replace a barn side completely, removing old Concrete fibre sheeting and timber and re sheeting with box profile. Or do the cleats need to be altered?

If your cleats are sized accordingly and the spacing is ok then can’t see why not.
