Replacing vaderstad press rings

How easy is it to replace broken press rings on a rexius twin press? I'm looking at importing one and its cheap because its seen better days with the rings being one of the issues as a number of them are broken.

There you go. Whilst the frames last more than one set of rings on these implements. I would inspect it closely before you buy!
