Probably done enough and just wait now unless you can feel something in which case just pull gently until it sticks and cut it off with a knife to stop it acting like an infection wick.

Normally just a long-acting AB here and leave them to it. I was always told not to pull or cut anything off as the weight helped pull the rest out, although the infection wick theory sounds sensible.
I had a ewe hold onto hers for a full week after a caesarean. The vet did trim it 48hrs post op to stop her standing on it and the rest came away by the 7th day. She was covered with antibiotics for the week till she cleansed.
