RHI paperwork reqirements

Would anyone be able to provide useful help and advice with a run down of the requirements for records for the RHI
Its only took our boiler 11 months to be accredited and want to refresh myself with the requirements.

Anyone got a good chart for recording fuel burnt v's heat used? found the relevant easy guides and would like to make it as simple as possible.

[Doing it for the kids]

I just write the date, fuel, moisture, tank temps and heat meter reading.

Each month a tot it up and stick it in a spreadsheet.

we have a store next to the boiler.
simply write down how much wood is tipped in the store.
where the wood came from
what type of wood is it (waste, fallen tree etc etc)

as i put in a thread elsehwere, got a "mini" audit on fuel records as i made a mistake on a submission. got it confirmed what I am doing for fuel records is perfectly ok and meets requirements.
