Every used machine for sale in the UK has wiggle room built into the price.

How do you intend to negotiate when you haven't looked over every inch of the machine?!
I'd be disappointed if there wasn't 10% to be saved on the asking price, unless it was already excellent value (rare) or it's apparently 'cheap' because the DPS engine is approaching the infamous 2500hr head gasket 'service interval' (RUN!).
