Ridge press wheels

Does anyone have an idea for split metal( steel or cast) press wheels, I used a zero pressure tyre on autumn strip-tilled beet land and it put the top of the ridge down too much. I would like to firm the sides of the strip but allow the top to weather..I guess they could do with being around 3" wide, can then space them apart to suit ?
They don't have to carry all the weight of the unit, I did wonder if guttler would be any good or too aggressive?
The existing zero press wheels are a little over 12" dia. Thanks, Richard.
