Has anybody had any experience with robot washers, what are the upsides/downsides, limitations and needs etc. Can they really be left to do sow crates? Got so many different types of buildings to, do you have to program it for each one.
any help appreciated

They were big at p&p fair about 10 years ago, but never really took off here, though I hear they have a lot in Denmark and Germany.
I know it’ll never be as good as a bloke, and is for sure going to miss bits. But if it was set on to take the thick off and someone followed it I thought it might save time (but I doubt water).
Just wondered if it was even as good as that or wether it’s next to useless.
And what kind of buildings is it good at or bad at? As we have all sorts

know of someone with one quite impressed runs on a track 30 crates down one side of farrowing house by 5pm switch it to other side let it work in to night doing other thirty. Couple of hours next day to manually do missed bits and disinfect. Never seen it stop for a cup of tea or a quick fag either apparently ?

60 crate house sounds like a fair set up, and probs ideal for a machine that works with exact repetition. Sounds like it has the ability to break the jobs back at least. Any idea of the make? The one I was looking at was on wheels. Thanks for the shout

No idea of make could probably find out. Think it does the next two rows in there the next day! Approx cost was around 25k I believe
