To be fair to Lely problem solving stuff can take a lot of time and at least I could leave that to them being on master contract while I got on with milking . They had to get Holland on the phone in the end to solve it .
Why does it take so long?
Must have been extremely technical....or something so obvious it was missed 🙈

Is the blower on the side of the robot to keep the flies off in summer?

We had the water stop for a bit this morning, made me think, do any of you robot chaps have a water buffer tank and pump, keep things moving while the waters out?

We use mains water on robot, but could if needed switch to bore hole water, only a couple of pipes to swap round. Not had to do it in the last 11 years

Stick in a 6/6 abreast.....He'll learn 🤣🤣🤣
We have one of sorts , a Somerset milking bail underneath a ton of cobwebs , it was concreted into the ground and big steps put in to save your back , trouble is it's no good for a back up as you would cause mayhem trying to get the cows into it and up the steps , where as I was really surprised how quiet they were being milked in the yokes .

Water ingress into a control box which made it look like numerous other issues , thus replaced a lot of other things but would just run into another problem each time
Simple when you know what it is
Sounds like when the hard drive corrupted on one of ours.
would throw an alarm , replaced loads of stuff then 6 hours later swapped hard drives over and the issue moved to other robot. UK or Sweden had never come across it before.
